Ployez-Jacquemart is a family house created in 1930 by Marcel Ployez and his wife Yvonne Jacquemart. The soul of the house, characterized by a great rigor in wine making, is now represented by the third generation Laurence Ployez, perpetuating the founding values of Tradition, Requirement and Rooting in the soil Champenois.
