What is “The Rose of the Sainte Chapelle”?

The “Center des monuments nationaux” (CMN) presents:
First, “The rose of the Sainte-Chapelle, travel to the heart of a stained glass window”, a unique installation-event of almost life-size photographs of the large rose of the Sainte-Chapelle in
Paris. The large rose on the west facade of the Sainte-Chapelle in Paris, on the Ile de la Cité, represents, in stained glass. Indeed, it represents the theme of the Apocalypse according to Saint John, the last book of the New Testament. In addition, this book, originally written in Greek, entitled Apocalypse in French and describes John’s visions of the end of our world. In addition, the last judgment and the advent of the kingdom of God.
